Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 15-day free return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@aludianewyork.com.

If your return and exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

The general return process states that we will:

  1. Email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
  2. You will attach the return shipping label to the package and drop the package off at a nearby UPS store.
  3. Once your return package has been received, we will review it and process the return.
  4. You will receive a return email notification. 

For all exchange requests, the new item will be shipped out once the original item has been received and approved at our warehouse.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept return or exchange on final sale items.
